The Aerospace Division is set up on a 2-acre plot and manufactures a diverse range of high-precision components for critical aerospace applications, including landing gears, engine parts, actuation systems, lighting and seating, and fuel systems. The facility spans 8200 sq. meters, with ample room for expansion to meet the ever-growing demands of our customers. It houses all necessary manufacturing and testing facilities to ensure top-quality production.

Our facilities are equipped to meet the highest international standards, aligned with the stringent requirements of our clients. The plant is outfitted with 7 turning centers, 1 turn-mill, 10 sliding heads, 2 vertical milling machines, and other essential equipment. With a current production capacity of 125,000 parts per month, we are in the process of upgrading our capabilities to manufacture over 190,000 parts per month. All components are manufactured to meet the most demanding specifications, ensuring tight tolerances, superior surface finishes, and exceptional quality.

We source raw materials for our precision machined components from around the world, ensuring that we meet the highest standards for performance and reliability.

New product development with quick turnaround times is a hallmark of our manufacturing process. For example, 12 new products were prototyped and moved into production within just 6 months. Over 90% of our new product development business comes from existing customers, a testament to our relentless pursuit of quality and excellence. A growing part of our business is focused on new product and part development, where we consistently deliver innovative solutions. First Article Inspection (FAI) with a fast turnaround is a key focus, ensuring we meet customer expectations every time.
